The Role:

• Welcome members and guests and ensure a warm welcome and strong first impressions of Club Calcot
• Show guests around the Spa for tours Club facilities
• Take bookings for Spa treatments, Day Spa packages and Fitness classes
• Answer the phone and deal with all enquiries and respond to guest e-mail’s promptly
• Take pre-orders for food and beverage. Making teas, coffee’s and smoothies as well as running a daily Spa lunch service
• Understand the product brands we work with and assist with retail enquires and purchases
• Carrying out regular Facility checks
• Assist guests with bike hiring
• Have an understanding of the product brands we work with and assist with retail enquires and purchases
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team

Skills:

• Previous customer facing experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Confident and positive attitude
• Strong I.T. skills
• Pro-active approach
• Good team player
• Must have own transport
