Join our exceptional hotel team as a Night Porter, we are seeking a dedicated individual to ensure our guests’ comfort and security throughout the night

The Role:

• To be readily available at all times to deal with queries, problems, or complaints during the night
• To ensure that telephone calls are handled promptly and courteously
• To ensure any room service order is reported to the restaurant team
• To ensure that all front of house areas is clean and tidy at all times, including cloakrooms
• To ensure maximum security of the premises during the night
• To ensure that the hotel entrance is easily accessible to cars and taxis at all times
• To ensure that wake up calls are made promptly
• To ensure that all tasks are completed on each shift that a full and thorough handover takes place at the end of the shift.
• To perform any other duties required overnight
• To report all potential and real hazards immediately
• Be fully aware of the Hotel’s Fire Safety Procedures and Health & Safety regulations
• Attend all fire, health, and safety training
