The Role:
- To assist in the smooth running of the Kitchen service
- Ensure that safety of all kitchen staff within the kitchen
- Ensure that all areas and equipment are cleaned to the highest standard
- Liaise with the chefs as to their daily requirements to assist them in operating effectively
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
