The Role:

• To ensure agreed standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
• To ensure that all equipment, furniture and furnishings are maintained
• Laundry duties
• To ensure that any complaints or feedback from guests are dealt with
• Liaise with relevant departments
• Keep rooms and storage areas tidy and organised
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms

• Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role is preferred
