- Collaborate closely with the Hive Management team to train, motivate, and develop the bar staff, driving both sales and team performance while consistently delivering a 5-star guest experience.
- Lead the setup and breakdown of the bar area before, during, and after service
- Ensure the bar area is always clean, organised, and visually appealing, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation
- Oversee smooth and efficient service in your section, ensuring a steady workflow, maximising team productivity, and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail— orders are accurately processed, and all payments or signatures are secured for each bill
- Prepare classic and signature cocktails to a high standard, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed of service
Skills:
- Strong communicator who empowers the team and ensures smooth, high-standard
- Confident in food and drink knowledge, including allergens
- Highly organised, great at time management and delegation, staying calm under pressure
- Brings energy and personality to the guest experience, sharing the Calcot story and values like sustainability
