Guest Relations – Tuk Tuk Driver

Full Time – weekend availability
£27,000 & a share of Calcot Gratuities
The Role
- Ensuring guests receive a welcoming meet and greet on arrival
- Assisting guests with luggage to and from their bedrooms
- Dealing with enquiries and questions from guests
- Being an involved and active member of the Reception team
- Liaising with departments and assisting where necessary
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all guest facing areas; checking terraces, lounges and the outdoor pool area are clean and tidy
- Complaint & problem handling
- Assisting with the smooth guest journey across the hotel
- Valet parking
- Collect Tuk Tuk ready for the day. Ensure it is charged, tidy and presentable
Skills:
- Tuk Tuk Driving – preferred
- Communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the local area, seasonal attractions
- Gain an understanding of the hotel, grounds, rooms and facilities
- Excellent Organisational and time management skills
- Enthusiastic and reliable
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to go above and beyond in assisting hotel guests and supporting the wider Calcot team
- Positive attitude
- Driving license
