Full Time , 45 hours – Weekend availability required

You’ll be on the Bar making high quality drinks and on the floor ensuring guests receive excellent customer service and an enriching experience.

We are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team.

The Role:

• You will make sure mise-en-place is ready for upcoming services, including restocking the bar, making cocktail ingredients and premixes, putting orders away and keeping the cellar tidy.
• Be ready to jump on the bar or the floor depending on business needs.
• Maintaining cleanliness to the highest standards, clearing, washing and polishing glassware, cutlery and crockery efficiently.
• Ensuring each table has what they need for each course, including topping up waters and wines.
• Confidently talking about suggesting wines and drinks; correctly presenting and serving them.
• Accurately processing bills payments.

• You will have a strong work ethic and are able to work at high level of productivity in different areas and roles.
• You will have good attention to detail and can carry out multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• You are able to visualise the bigger picture, understanding when and where you are most effective at any moment.
• You have good communication skills and are able to relay precise information in an efficient manner.
