Full time, 30 hours , 6am – 12pm

£12.51 an hour & A share of Gratuities

The Role:

• Assist the Breakfast Manager in training and developing the team, ensuring a consistently high level of 5-star service
• Oversee the setup, maintenance, and clearing of tables before, during, and after service, adjusting layouts as needed to accommodate guest requirements
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation of The Brasserie at all times
• Ensure the smooth running of breakfast service, keeping buffet items well-stocked and attending to guest needs promptly
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail by ensuring all mise-en-place is ready for service and orders are accurately communicated to the kitchen
•  Train staff on coffee preparation and latte art

Skills:

• Strong communicator with the ability to motivate and empower colleagues, ensuring high productivity and seamless operations at all times.
• In-depth knowledge of our breakfast menu, including allergens, to provide informed and attentive service.
• Passionate about delivering a memorable guest experience
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Weekend availability
