Are you passionate about mixology, creating signature cocktails, and providing a vibrant atmosphere for guests?

We are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team.

The Role:

• Develop a thorough understanding of all food products offered within the hotel
• Manage the bar station, maintaining exceptional standards of service and presentation
• Perform opening mise-en-place duties, including collecting ice, setting up the bar, and restocking shelves
• Ensure the bar area and equipment are cleaned and maintained daily
• Prepare and serve beverages to the highest quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence
• Maintain accurate records in the spillage book
• Demonstrate a professional and courteous demeanor

Skills:

• Previous experience working within a similar environment
• Passion for cocktails
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Time management
• Knowledge of mixology and beverage trends
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Must have own transport
