The Role:

  • Supervision and Development of the restaurant team
  • Liaising with relevant departments
  • Allocation of tasks
  • Staff Training
  • Supervision of all facilities
  • Develop knowledge of products
  • Reporting to Restaurant Manager
  • General administration tasks

Skills:

  • Industry knowledge
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Good communicator
  • Ideally previous experience within a restaurant environment
  • Positive attitude
  • Willingness to progress
  • Weekend Availability
