Join our dynamic culinary team at Calcot & Spa and embark on a journey of flavor and innovation! We’re on the lookout for talented and motivated Commis Chefs who are ready to bring their culinary skills to new heights.

The Role:

• Ensuring that the section operated effectively daily while all food cooked and served is of a high quality
• Prepare and produce food as required with use of modern methods, equipment, and fresh food
• Maintaining sufficient level of mise en place for lunch and dinner service

Skills:

• Good industry knowledge
• Good food production and ability to work under pressure
• NVQ Level 1 – Essential
• CIEH Level 2 – essential
• Previous experience in a similar role
