Join our exceptional hotel team as a Night Porter, we are seeking a dedicated individual to ensure our guests’ comfort and security throughout the night.

The Role:

• To be readily available at all times to deal with queries, problems, or complaints during the night
• To ensure that telephone calls are handled promptly and courteously
• To prepare & deliver out of hours room service and drinks orders
• To ensure that all front of house areas are clean and tidy at all times, including cloakrooms
• To ensure maximum security of the premises during the night
• To ensure that all tasks are completed on each shift and that a full and thorough handover takes place at the end of the shift to the reception team
• To perform any other duties required overnight, including the preparation of food & beverage items as per agreed policy & menu
• To report all potential and real hazards immediately
• Be fully aware of the Hotel’s Fire Safety Procedures and Health & Safety regulations
• Attend all fire, health, and safety training
• Be flexible to help cover holiday of other member of the night porter team

Skills:
