Full time (45 hours) , weekend availability required

The Role:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with the smooth running of the restaurant through knowledge of all the food product sold in the hotel
  • Ensure smooth running of the restaurant during shifts
  • Responsible for waiting staff assigned to your station
  • Build and maintain a strong rapport with customers
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Greet customers
  • Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation

Skills:

  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
  • Proficient in customer service
  • Industry knowledge is beneficial
  • Ability to quickly address and resolve operational issues
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and customer demands
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills
  • Team Player
  • Must have own transport
  • Weekend availability
