The Painswick is seeking talented individuals to join our team as a Receptionist. As a key member of our hospitality family, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and efficient service from the moment they arrive.

The Role:

  • Checking in and checking out guests
  • Administrative duties
  • Telephone duties and email enquiries
  • Taking bedroom and restaurant reservations
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Dealing with general enquiries from guests and members
  • Liaising with other departments where necessary
  • Preparing function menus, place cards and table plans
  • Ensuring public areas are clean and presentable at all times
